Important Information:

To be a food vendor at Brewball you must have the following:

  • Permit to Operate from the Fraser Health Authority
  • A clearance letter from WorkSafeBC confirming that your account is currently active and in good standing
  • Proof of Fire Safety Inspection
  • An electrical permit is only required if you are using a portable generator that is not affixed to the truck and your generator is over 5000W
  • Gas Approval Requirements
  • Insurance coverage in the amount of a minimum $5,000,000 is required. The policy must name the City of Surrey as an additional insured.
  • Surrey Business Licence

PLEASE NOTE: ALL VENDORS MUST ARRIVE 100% SELF-CONTAINED AND ASSIST IN KEEPING THE VENDOR AREA CLEAN AT ALL TIMES FOR PATRONS.

These details are important! They'll be visible on our website and around the event, so be accurate.

Each vendor will receive 4 vendor WORKING passes. Additional passes are available upon request.

Additional Information

A few of the important details that we think you should probably be aware of when working with Brewball.

VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES
20% of sales, daily sales report must be submitted each day
 
Each vendor will be contacted after the initial application has been received. If you have been accepted, we will let you know where your location will be, along with a daily schedule closer to the event. Please note that we will need to review and approve your menu.

Should your application be accepted, we will send you a credit card authorization form to fill out to secure your spot or can accept e-transfers. Please note, that your spot is not 100% confirmed until your payment has been received. Please note that NO ALCOHOL is permitted to be sold at the Brewball event.
